This Site Privacy Policy is only applicable to our Site, and not to any other websites or portals that you may be able to access from our Site, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from our Site Privacy Policy.

This Site Privacy Policy describes the ways in which Company collects and uses information about you, including personally identifiable information, in connection with your use of the website located at www.newstandardequities. com. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your information as set forth in this Site Privacy Policy. Throughout this Site Privacy Policy, “you” refers to the individual or entity that is visiting the Site.

  1. Scope.
    1. Services. Company utilizes the Site to provide certain investor management and communication services to you (the “Services”). Company provides you with access to the Site and the Services all subject to the Site’s Terms of Use, which can be reviewed on the Company’s home page at .
    2. Personal Information. In the course of providing access to the Site and the Services, Company may collect certain personal information from you including contact data like your name and email address (collectively, “Personal Information”). Company collects the aforementioned Personal Information in order to allow you to submit inquiries to our Company and to make the Services available to you or as otherwise specifically set forth in this Site Privacy Policy.

    1. Personal Information Collected.
      1. Information that You Provide. Company collects any information that you voluntarily provide, including when you contact us through our Site by providing us with your name, email address, and the questions, comments or other information you submit in the “subject header” and “comments” portions of your email communications, or when you use the Services made available through the Site. Company may also collect information that you provide by electronic mail, telephone or other means. In order for you to access certain of the Services we offer through the Site, we may require that you provide us with certain information that personally identifies you.
      2. Categories of Information. Personal Information that we collect from you includes the following categories of information: Contact data such as your name and e-mail address. We do not currently collect financial data such as your account or credit card number. We do not currently collect demographic data such as your zip code, age, and income. If you communicate with us by e-mail or otherwise complete online forms or questionnaires, if any, then any information provided in such communications may also be collected by us as Personal Information.
      3. Automatically Collected Information. Company may automatically collect certain technical information from your computer or mobile device when you use the Site or access the Juniper Portal that you may link to through the Site, such as your Internet Protocol address, your web browser type and version, the name and version of your operating system, the pages you view on the Site, the pages you view immediately before and after you access the Site, and the search terms you enter on the Site. This information allows Company to recognize you and personalize your experience if you return to the Site or the Juniper Portals accessible through the Site using the same computer or mobile device, and to improve the Site and the Services.
      4. Information about Legal and Other Materials. Company may collect technical information from your computer or mobile device concerning your receipt of communications, access to materials and approval or execution of contracts, consents or other statements or agreements by means of the Site, including the Site’s Terms of Use and this Site Privacy Policy.
    2. How Personal Information Is Used. We use Personal Information to send you information about our company or our Services, or promotional material from some of our partners, or to contact you when necessary. If we make any additional uses of your Personal Information, we will provide you notice of same.

    4. Cookies. Company may collect Personal Information using “cookies,” which are small text files that the Site saves on your computer or mobile device, or similar devices. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Site.
    5. Web Beacons. Company may also collect information using “web beacons,” which are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, mobile device or other devices, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the web beacon, and a description of a website tied to the web beacon. Web beacons, alone or in conjunction with cookies, may help Company compile information about your interactions with electronic mail sent to you in connection with the Services.
    6. Cross-Site Tracking. Company does not utilize technical measures in the Site to track your activities across different Web sites or online services, whether you configure your browser’s “Do Not Track” feature or otherwise. The Site may utilize third-party application programming interfaces controlled by third parties, such as to display maps and graphs, that may attempt to track your activity across other sites that utilize those interfaces.

You may update or correct your Personal Information anytime or from time to time at your convenience.
    8. User Choice Regarding Collection, Use, And Distribution Of Personal Information. You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the Site. However, you may not be able to access and use those portions of the Site or Services that require your Personal Information.     1. Purposes For Collection of Personal Information. Company may use the Personal Information collected from you for a number of purposes, including, but not limited to:
      1. providing you with the Services, or products, services or information related to the Site or the Services, and giving you access to the Juniper Portal;
      2. providing you with information or notices about the Site, Services, or the Juniper Portal;
      3. customizing your experience when using the Site or Services such as by providing interactive or personalized elements on the Site or when using the Services;
      4. allowing Company to improve the Site and the Services, such as by better tailoring content to users’ needs and preferences;

Company’s business affiliates, including Juniper Square, may disclose personal information about you to others in accordance with their own separate and distinct privacy policies. Among other things, our business affiliates may use your personal information (a) if they have your valid consent to do so; (b) to comply with a valid subpoena, legal order, court order, legal process, or other legal obligation; (c) to enforce any of the business partner’s terms and conditions or policies; or (d) as necessary to pursue available legal remedies or defend legal claims. Even though we do not transfer or sell your personal information to third parties, our business partners may have materially different policies regarding such practices.

Except as otherwise provided in this Site Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce our Terms of Use.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites or portals including, but not limited to, the privacy policies of Juniper Square.
  5. Storage.
    1. Jurisdiction. Some of the information collected through the Site may be stored in, processed in and subject to the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level protection for your information as your home country, and may be available to the United States government or its agencies under a lawful order made in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer to, storage in and processing within the United States.
    2. Security. Company is committed to protecting your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The Site and its operators maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information collected through the Site. For example, all information you transmit to the Site is encrypted using Transport Layer Security technology (TLS). However, no information or communication system can be one hundred percent (100%) secure, so Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Company is not responsible for the security of information that you transmit to the Site over networks that Company does not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.
  6. General Data Protection Regulation. The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) requires that the personal data of an individual residing in an EU country to be subject to certain safeguards and their data rights and freedoms are protected under the GDPR. When an individual leaves an EU country and travels to a non- EU country (like the United States), they are no longer protected by the GDPR.
  7. California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018.
    1. General Rights Under CaCPA. The rules and regulations promulgated by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CaCPA”) will go into effect beginning January 1, 2020. In accordance with CaCPA, we will ensure the following rights for California residents:
      1. The right to know what Personal Information is being collected about them. and to whom.
      2. The right to know whether their Personal Information is sold or disclosed
      3. The right to say no to the sale of Personal Information.
      4. The right to access their Personal Information.
      5. The right to equal service and price, even if California residents exercise their privacy rights.
    2. Opt-out; Deletion; Request for Information. In connection with any of the Personal Information we collect from California residents or disclose to another party, under the CaCPA, California residents have the following rights:
      1. The right to opt-out of our collection and/or disclosure of your Personal Information and the right to request that we delete your Personal Information from our databases; provided, however, that these rights are subject to certain exceptions including if the Personal Information is needed to allow us to perform services for you.
      2. The right to request information about the Personal Information we collect or disclose. In order to request such information please contact us using the contact information provided in Section 2.3 above and put “CaCPA Inquiry” in the header of your email and state that you are requesting information about the Personal Information we collect or disclose from our users in the body of your email.
    3. Do Not Sell” Link. Although we do not currently sell any of your Personal Information to any third parties nor do we have any plans to sell such information in the future, CaCPA requires that we provide a clear link on our homepage titled, “Do Not Sell My Personal Information,” that enables California residents to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information. Therefore, we have provided such a link at even though we do not currently sell your information.
    4. Toll Free Number. California residents may exercise their rights under the CaCPA through our toll-free number, which is 1-800-683-5689 or by contacting us using the contact information provided in Section 2.3 above. This Site Policy and the information contained herein can be accessed through the home page of our website, which is currently located at .
    5. Response to Request for Information. We will disclose to California residents free of charge within forty-five (45) days of a verified request the following:
      1. the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you;
      2. the sources from which Personal Information is collected;
      3. the purpose for collecting Personal Information;
      4. the categories of third parties with whom we share Personal Information; and
      5. the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
    6. Data Portability. The information we provide California residents in response to their verified request as described in Section 7.5 above, shall be provided in a readily useable format; meaning we will make the Personal Information of California residents available in a format that allows California residents to transfer the data to another controller.
    7. Non-Discrimination. We do not discriminate against any California residents simply because they exercise any of their rights under the CaCPA by denying service or offering different services or prices based on the exercise of such rights. We will not deny services to a California resident; charge different prices for services (including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties) to a California resident; or provide a different level or quality of services to a California resident if they exercise their rights under CaCPA.
    8. Pricing for Services. We will not require that a California resident receive a different price or rate for services (or a different level or quality of services) merely for exercising their rights under CaCPA. However, we may charge a California resident a different price or rate (or provide a different level or quality of services to them) if the difference is reasonably related to the value provided to them by their data. We may offer financial incentives including payments to users for the use of their data on an opt-in basis including collection of personal information, sale of personal information, or the deletion of personal information. Under the CaCPA, we may offer a different price, rate, level, or quality of services to California residents if that price or difference is directly related to the value provided to California residents by their data. Consent from a California resident to participate in these financial incentives programs may be revoked by such party at any time. All of the aforementioned notwithstanding, we will not use financial incentive practices that are unjust, unreasonable, coercive, or usurious in nature.
    9. Consent Required for Use of Personal Information of Minors. We do not currently sell the Personal Information of any of our users. Moreover, we will not sell the Personal Information of California residents under seventeen (17) years old without the affirmative consent of the California resident if aged 13-16 or a parent or guardian if under 13. This is referred to as the “opt-in” process under the CaCPA as opposed to the “opt-out” process that governs adults under the CaCPA.
  8. Third-Party Websites.
    1. The Site, Services and communications from Company may contain links to websites, services, and portals operated by third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Company is not responsible for the collection and use of your information by any websites, services and portals that are not under Company’s control.
    2. Company encourages you to review the privacy policies of each website or portal you visit including, but not limited to, the privacy policies of Juniper Square. Our business affiliates including, but not limited to, Juniper Square, may have standards of security and confidentiality that differ from this Site Privacy Policy. You should carefully review the privacy policies of such other companies to determine how they may collect, use, distribute, share, and sell your personal information, all of which may materially differ from the way that we collect and use your Personal Information. Third parties including, but not limited to, Juniper Square, may collect and make use of personal information that is much more extensive and broader in scope than the information collected and used by Company.
  9. Juniper Square.
    1. Juniper Square, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Juniper Square”) hosts and operates an investment portal (the “Juniper Portal”) on behalf of Company. As operator of the Juniper Portal, Juniper Square has access to, stores and processes any and all personal information that Juniper Square collects about you by means of and through your access to and use of the Juniper Portal. Company does not furnish your Personal Information to Juniper Square.
    2. Juniper Square does not direct or control Company’s use or storage of the Personal Information you provide Company. Similarly, Company does not direct or control Juniper Square’s use or storage of the personal information you provide to Juniper Square.
    3. Juniper Square has a completely separate and distinct privacy policy from that of Company. Juniper Square’s privacy policy governs the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Juniper Square through the Juniper Portal as further described in the Juniper Square privacy policy, which is available at .
  10. Business Transfer. If Company, or substantially all of Company’s assets, are acquired, or in the unlikely event that Company were to go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information will be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
